Shire Logic is operated by Baneberry Inc. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Shire Logic mobile application and website.
Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, date of birth, and display name. Shire Logic is a real-identity platform and all members use their real names.
Location Data: We collect precise GPS location data to determine which Village you are in. Location coordinates are used for a one-time lookup and are not stored permanently. Your home Village assignment and visiting status are retained.
Profile Photo: If you upload a profile photo, it is stored on our servers and displayed to other members.
User Content: Posts, replies, and other content you submit to Village feeds are stored and visible to other members.
Device Information: We may collect device tokens for push notification delivery.
We use the information we collect to operate and provide the Service, including identifying your Village based on location, displaying your profile to other members, delivering your posts to Village feeds, sending push notifications, and verifying your identity through our vouch system.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with third parties for advertising purposes. Your name, home Village, and profile photo are visible to other members as part of normal platform functionality.
We may share information if required by law, to protect our rights, or to prevent fraud or abuse of the Service.
Your data is stored on secure servers. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit. While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure.
Profile photos may be reviewed through our community flagging system. Content posted to Village feeds is subject to our community standards. We reserve the right to remove content or accounts that violate our guidelines.
You may update your profile information at any time through the app. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us. Upon account deletion, your personal information will be removed, though some content you posted may remain in anonymized form.
Shire Logic is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email.
